    Instructions:

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with weAFAR! Before submitting your application, please keep a few things in mind:

    1. Answer genuinely: We value honest, thoughtful responses over perfectly polished sentences. Please share your real experience, motivations, and ideas — no need for AI-generated or templated answers.
    2. Demonstrate initiative: We are a small, volunteer-only nonprofit with ambitious plans. We need volunteers who can work independently, take initiative, and follow through on real projects.
    3. Preferred formats: If you want to include additional documents (portfolio samples, templates, or previous work), PDF or image formats are best.
