    Description

    We seek a highly experienced Senior Researcher to lead and manage advanced research projects within NZ flora and fauna, historical culture, environment, conservation, climate change, education, justice, health and other areas.

    The ideal candidates will have a strong track record of academic and industry research, with a deep understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and project management.

    **Skills and Requirements**

    • Advanced proficiency in (specific methodologies/tools relevant to the field, e.g., qualitative/quantitative analysis, machine learning, etc.).
    • Strong project management skills, with experience handling complex, multi-disciplinary research projects.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and manage grant processes.
    • Knowledge: Deep expertise in varied research areas, with a broad understanding of the latest developments and trends in the field.
    • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Resided in New Zealand for more than 4 years.
    • Fluent speaking and understanding of English.
    • Spoken Te Reo Maori is advantageous.
    • Deep understanding of the cultural history of NZ.
