🌱 Role Overview
This role supports the hiring and onboarding process of new members entering AFK Cafe.
Onboarding in AFK Cafe is not just welcoming — it includes screening, guiding, and helping place applicants into the right roles within the community.
You will help ensure applicants move through the process smoothly while maintaining clear communication and alignment with community values.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Guide applicants through onboarding steps
- Help track progress across application stages
- Answer questions and provide direction
- Support screening through observation and communication
- Help new members transition into the community and Training Academy

💬 Communication & Responsiveness
AFK Cafe is a collaborative, remote community — communication is essential.
In this role, you are expected to:
- Respond to applicants in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly and consistently
- Follow up when steps are incomplete
- Help maintain flow through the onboarding pipeline
This role requires consistent responsiveness, as it directly impacts the applicant experience.
