Who We Are

Midas Football Academy is a mission-driven nonprofit using soccer to mentor children and teenagers in Fort Bend County and Houston. We develop athletes, build leaders, and provide positive pathways for youth who might otherwise face risk, instability, or lack of opportunity. Through athletics, life skills, and vocational direction, we help every child discover their potential.

What You’ll Do as a Volunteer Coach

• Coach & Mentor Youth: Lead fun, structured training sessions for ages 5–16.
• Build Leadership & Confidence: Teach discipline, teamwork, respect, and resilience.
• Be a Role Model: Create a safe, encouraging environment where every child is seen and supported.
• Support Development Beyond Soccer: Help guide youth during workshops focused on personal growth and future readiness.

Who We’re Looking For

• Passion for soccer and a genuine interest in youth development
• Positive communicator with leadership qualities
• Coaching or playing experience helpful but not required
• Commitment to our mission of inspiring the next generation
• Availability for weekday evenings and Saturday morning sessions
