2nd Annual Thrive Together Community Resource Fair

Women Beyond Measures is seeking community-minded volunteers to support our Thrive Resource Fair on November 7, 2026, from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM at Dover Public Library.

The Thrive Resource Fair is a free community event focused on connecting individuals, families, and community members with resources that support health, wellness, employment, career development, education, and financial stability.

Volunteers will help create a welcoming and organized experience for attendees and participating community partners.

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and welcoming attendees
• Helping with event setup and breakdown
• Assisting vendors and community partners with their tables
• Directing attendees to resources and event areas
• Supporting registration and attendee check-in
• Distributing event materials and resource information
• Helping maintain an organized and welcoming event environment
• Assisting with general event needs as requested

Ideal volunteers are:

• Friendly, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable interacting with the public
• Community-minded and passionate about helping others
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to assist wherever needed throughout the event

No specialized experience is required. Volunteers will receive guidance and instructions prior to the event.
