📣 Seeking Volunteers: 2026 HIV Education Summit

Philadelphia FIGHT is looking for dedicated volunteers to support our 2026 HIV Education Summit!

🗓 Date: Friday, June 12th

📍 Location: Pennsylvania Convention Center (1101 Arch Street)

⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

This is a great opportunity to be part of an impactful event focused on education, community, and health equity. We’re seeking support in a variety of roles, including:

• • Setup Crew: Help prepare the space before the event begins
  • Registration Desk: Assist with check-in and distribute materials
  • Information Guides: Provide directions and support to attendees
  • Session Assistants: Support speakers with materials and logistics
  • Breakdown Crew: Help pack up and reset the space at the end of the day

All volunteers will be invited to attend a brief training session prior to the summit (date TBD), where roles will be explained and questions can be answered.
