    Description

    Hearts of Valor Inc 5K and Health Expo

    Hearts of Valor Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and dependable volunteers to support our annual 5K Run/Walk & Health Expo, a community-focused event dedicated to promoting cardiovascular health, wellness education, and lifesaving awareness.

    Volunteers play a critical role in ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming experience for participants, vendors, and community members.

    Responsibilities May Include:

    • Event setup and breakdown (tables, signage, water stations, supplies)
    • Registration and check-in assistance
    • Packet and T-shirt distribution
    • Water station support along the course
    • Course monitoring and participant encouragement
    • Health expo and vendor area support
    • Finish line assistance and crowd direction
    • General event support as assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator

    Medical Volunteers

    • Complete volunteer registration form
    • Indicate license/certification (RN, EMT, MD, etc.)
    • Upload credentials in PDF or Word format
    • Must follow event medical protocols and assigned scope of role
