Description
Hearts of Valor Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and dependable volunteers to support our annual 5K Run/Walk & Health Expo, a community-focused event dedicated to promoting cardiovascular health, wellness education, and lifesaving awareness.
Volunteers play a critical role in ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming experience for participants, vendors, and community members.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Event setup and breakdown (tables, signage, water stations, supplies)
- Registration and check-in assistance
- Packet and T-shirt distribution
- Water station support along the course
- Course monitoring and participant encouragement
- Health expo and vendor area support
- Finish line assistance and crowd direction
- General event support as assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator
