Description
Our coaches are the heart of our program! Each season, volunteer coaches inspire and guide a team through our tried-and-true curriculum. No previous coaching or running experience needed to volunteer, just a desire to consistently share your time and talents with your teams. Teams/locations are available throughout Northern Virginia. If you're ready to directly make an impact, then this role is for you!
As a coach, you will:
- Receive all the tools and support you need to lead interactive and easy-to-follow lessons with your co-coaches
- Help girls grow their confidence, stand up for themselves and give back to their communities
- Help to transform and strengthen the next generation of girls
- Experience the positive impacts yourself!
