    Description

    Secretary (elected)
    • Record minutes during periodic meetings and distribute (via email) to all active LVICO volunteers within 10 days of meeting
    • Maintain historical record of meeting attendance, member roster and other organization materials, including minutes
    • Ensure that LVICO correspondence and fundraising thank you letters are written and shared with to the Chair for edits and distribution

    Requires competence in writing, work processing software and Google email plus updating membership list spreadsheet.
