    The Mission

At The Lily Foundation, we believe that navigating a health journey should not require a medical degree. To turn clinical complexity into clear, compassionate guidance for families, we rely on a dedicated team of passionate volunteers. We are looking for an organized, people focused leader to step forward as our Volunteer Coordinator. If you love building community, connecting with people, and driving a mission forward, your leadership can help us grow.

    The Impact You Will Make

As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our team. You will ensure that every advocate, content creator, and professional who steps forward to help is welcomed, organized, and empowered to make a difference.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcoming and Onboarding: Act as the main point of contact for new volunteers, guiding them through registration and introducing them to the foundation culture.
    • Team Coordination: Help align volunteer schedules and assignments for key initiatives, ensuring our content creators and advocacy directors have the support they need.
    • Community Building: Foster a warm, inclusive, and motivating environment where volunteers feel appreciated, connected, and inspired.
    • Keep Pulse on Operations: Maintain a simple roster of active volunteers and help track where extra support is needed most as our programs expand.

    Who You Are

    • The People Person: You are naturally warm, encouraging, and excellent at communication. You love meeting new people and helping them find their place to shine.
    • The Organized Champion: You possess great attention to detail and enjoy keeping tracks, schedules, or rosters running smoothly.
    • The Idealist: You believe in the power of community action and want to use your leadership skills to support patient advocacy and health literacy.
    • The Balanced Professional: You want to make a massive structural difference for a growing non profit while maintaining a low time commitment that respects your schedule.

    Why Join Us?

"Big impact does not require a full time clock."

This is a vital organizational role designed for a leader who wants to build community with a deep purpose. By donating just a few hours a week, you will be the structure that allows our foundation to scale, directly helping us reach more families who need clarity and empowerment.

    How to Apply

If you are ready to use your people skills and organizational talents to help us build a strong team, we want to hear from you.

Please reach out with a brief note on your background and why community building matters to you at info@lilyadvocacy.org or visit lilyadvocacy.org
