    Description

    TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS

    As people age, maintaining access to consistent and quality healthcare becomes increasingly important — not just for treating illness, but for managing chronic conditions, preventing complications, supporting independence and combating social isolation.

    MAKE A DIFFERENCE

    Our Volunteers:

    • Provide free rides to medical appointments: Tues, Wed, Thurs
    • Round-trip, door-through-door service
    • Drive according to your own schedule in your own vehicle
    • Service area applies
    • Commit to driving at least once a month

    Our Clients:

    • Ambulatory adults age 55+ (no wheelchairs)
    • Live within our service boundaries
