    Position Summary

    The Self-Governance and Compliance Senior Advisor provides strategic leadership on internal governance, ethics, and compliance across the campaign. This role ensures that campaign operations adhere to legal requirements, ethical standards, and internal policies, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and responsible conduct.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise senior leadership on governance structures, policies, and compliance strategy
    • Develop and oversee internal compliance guidelines and ethical standards
    • Ensure adherence to campaign finance laws, labor regulations, and internal policies
    • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
    • Support training and guidance for staff and volunteers on compliance requirements
    • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and operations teams as needed
    • Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on necessary adjustments
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on ethical decision-making and internal accountability
