Description
Responsibilities
Conduct market and audience research to support marketing campaigns
Analyze marketing performance data (social media, email, website traffic, etc.)
Prepare simple reports and dashboards summarizing key findings
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Assist in competitor analysis and industry research
Support campaign tracking and performance evaluation
Provide data-backed recommendations to improve marketing strategies
Qualifications
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Basic knowledge of marketing metrics (engagement, conversion, reach, etc.)
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
Good research and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
