    EVENT DAY VOLUNTEER

    Mychal's Learning Place needs help at our largest fundraiser of the year, our Annual Luncheon & Auction!

    As a day of event volunteer, come hear about our mission and how we are supporting youth and young adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and dreams. You'll help us during our event with all the parts that make a successful fundraiser run smoothly:

    • Set-up
    • Check-in
    • Check-out
    • Cashier
    • Bidder Laison/Live Auction Runner
    • Donation Scribe
    • Sweepstakes Salesperson
    • Take Down/Clean-up
    • Customer Service Support
    • Help

    These roles will have shifts throughout our event day on May 16, 2025 from 7:30AM-4:30PM, reach out to let us know when you are available to support!
