Description
Golden Gate Park, Buffalo (Bison) Paddock, San Francisco
Restore White-crowned Sparrow and other coast scrub species habitat with San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department and Golden Gate Bird Alliance.
Third Saturday of each month from 9am-noon meets in front of the Buffalo (animals are actually American Bison) Paddock
Directions: Buffalo Paddock is in Golden Gate Park on JFK Drive (east) near Chain of Lakes Dr.
Groups are welcome but please contact Golden Gate Bird Alliance, Manager of Volunteer Services, in advance for Group Sign up Form. If group is less than 5, please contact us and let us know so we can plan for gloves, tools, plants etc.
