    Women Veterans to visit veteran hospice patients.

    Heart to Heart Hospice serving Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties, is seeking women veterans to visit hospice vets for companionship. A friendly visit means so much to our veterans and it is a great way to offer support, share stories and show pride of service.

    Heart to Heart Hospice provides your training, assigns you near your home and always works around your schedule. We look forward to speaking with you about our program and how you may help.
