    Description

At Mercy Children’s Hospital, the two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms provide inpatient patient families with the essentials of home, just steps away from their child’s hospital room. These special spaces, which are open 12 hours a day and staffed by more than 100 volunteers in all, offer showers, laundry facilities, a small kitchen with complimentary snacks and coffee, TV, computers with internet access, and a quiet area for our guest families to revitalize.

RMHC St. Louis is in need of additional volunteers to help provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to patient families in the Ronald McDonald Family Rooms inside Mercy Children’s Hospital. Three-hour shifts are available on a weekly or biweekly basis.
