Equip others for cross-cultural impact! As our Mission Training Manager, you’ll design and deliver training programs to prepare short- and long-term missionaries for effective service.

MUST BE BASED IN USA OR LATIN AMERICA
Responsibilities:
Develop training content and materials
Facilitate workshops and spiritual formation sessions
Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching
Evaluate effectiveness and adjust programs
