Since 2019, we have provided food, clothing, outreach, and advocacy to neighbors in need, relying on volunteers and community support to sustain our mission.

📋 Role Overview

The Volunteer Coordinator will play a vital role in strengthening GMOVP’s impact by organizing, supporting, and empowering volunteers. This position ensures that every volunteer feels valued, respected, and equipped to serve effectively.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and schedule volunteers for GMOVP programs and events.
• Match volunteer skills and availability with specific tasks to prevent burnout and maximize impact.
• Provide clear communication, training, and support to volunteers.
• Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours and contributions.
• Collaborate with leadership to design meaningful volunteer experiences.
• Recognize and celebrate volunteer contributions through updates, events, and personal outreach.
