Circle of Care Caller- REMOTE volunteer positions available

Before the weekend begins, some patients and caregivers may realize they are running low on essential supplies or need additional support and we want to make sure no one feels alone or unprepared.

We are seeking compassionate volunteers to provide proactive outreach calls to hospice caregivers, checking in on their needs before the weekend hours when support may be harder to access.

What You’ll Do:

• • Call caregivers prior to the weekend to check in
  • Ask simple, supportive questions about supplies or needs
  • Identify any concerns and relay them to the care team
  • Offer a calm, reassuring presence
