Description
WorkFour Colorado is building the movement for a 32-hour workweek in our colorful state. We will be reaching out to businesses to engage in our pilot program and we need your assistance
💡 What You’ll Do
- Conduct research on different types of companies that implemented a 32-hour workweek (study their successes/failures)
- Come up with creative ideas on how to structure a shorter workweek. For example, a business can have a 10 a.m.-4 p.m. schedule to beat rush hour.
- Work within your "W4 Financial Consultant Committee" to brainstorm ideas/share the workload
Provide Financial Guidance:
- A separate committee will be hosting PowerPoint presentations at chamber of commerce meetings to entice business owners. If you'd like, you can attend as a guest for a Q&A at the end.
- Hopefully, business owners will contact you via email for a one-on-one meeting for financial guidance
⏰ Time Commitment
- 3–5 hours/week (flexible)
- You will not be working most weeks, because it depends on how many business owners reach out to us and need financial guidance
🌍 Why Volunteer With WorkFour?
- Build a better future where people have more free time
- Give Henry Ford the finger
