    About the Role

    We are seeking a relationship-driven Partner Relations Coordinator to support and grow our partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, communication, and managing relationships that drive shared success.

    • Well-organized partner pipeline and onboarding processes.

    • Accurate reporting on partner performance and outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, nurture, and manage relationships with current and prospective partners.
    • Act as the main point of contact for partner communications.
    • Onboard new partners and provide ongoing support.
    • Coordinate internally with marketing, sales, programs, and operations teams.
    • Track partnership activities, milestones, and performance metrics.
    • Support negotiation of partnership terms and proposal development.
    • Assist with co-marketing initiatives, events, and partner meetings.
    • Resolve partner issues, questions, or concerns promptly.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.

    Qualifications

    • 0 - 2+ years experience in partnership, account management, sales, or similar roles.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities.
    • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
