About the Role
We are seeking a relationship-driven Partner Relations Coordinator to support and grow our partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, communication, and managing relationships that drive shared success.

Responsibilities
- Develop, nurture, and manage relationships with current and prospective partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner communications.
- Onboard new partners and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate internally with marketing, sales, programs, and operations teams.
- Track partnership activities, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Support negotiation of partnership terms and proposal development.
- Assist with co-marketing initiatives, events, and partner meetings.
- Resolve partner issues, questions, or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.
Qualifications
- 0 - 2+ years experience in partnership, account management, sales, or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
