    Description

    Got a knack for staying organized and a passion for inclusion? Help power SIP Arts Foundation behind the scenes as a core operational partner! Work directly alongside our Executive Director as a trusted personal assistant to keep our calendars, filing systems, and community initiatives running seamlessly. Because this is a vital leadership support role, we are looking for a dedicated team member interested in building a long-term partnership to help guide our foundation’s growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain digital files, organizational calendars, and executive scheduling with precision.
    • Assist with inbox organization, meeting preparation, and priorities for upcoming community projects.
    • Provide direct operational support so our leadership team can stay focused on serving Metro East families!

    Commitment Terms:

    • Ideal Commitment: Multi-block or long-term engagement (6–12+ months).
    • Initial Onboarding: We start every partnership with an initial 4-Month Commitment Block (e.g., Fall: Sept–Dec) to ensure a great mutual fit before extending into an ongoing role.
    • Annual Blocks: Fall (Sept–Dec) | Spring (Jan–May) | Summer (June–Aug)

    Qualifications: High proficiency in Google Workspace/Office 365, exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a deep commitment to disability advocacy and inclusive arts. (5–10 hrs/week; hybrid/virtual with optional in-person check-ins at our Belleville space).
