    Description

    Organization: Leveling the Fields

    Commitment: Seasonal with heavy commitment at end of each season (November-January and May-July)

    Reports to: Operations Team Lead

    Works Closely With: Grants Team + Programs Team

    Position Overview

    The Program Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and evaluating program survey data and feedback collected from participants, parents, coaches, and volunteers. This role serves as an unbiased third party between the Grants and Programs teams to help ensure accurate reporting, identify trends, and provide clear insights on program impact and areas for improvement.

    This position does not create surveys/evaluations or distribute them. The Grants Team develops evaluation tools, and the Programs Team manages survey distribution and collection. The Evaluation Coordinator focuses strictly on analyzing results and reporting findings.

    Responsibilities

    • Review survey responses and program feedback
    • Analyze trends, outcomes, and participation data
    • Create simple summaries and reports for leadership and grant reporting
    • Identify key successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
    • Help ensure evaluation data is organized, accurate, and unbiased
    • Present findings to leadership teams as needed
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all participant data

    Ideal Skills

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, forms, and basic data reporting
    • Ability to identify trends and summarize information clearly
    • Organized and objective mindset
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Experience with surveys, evaluation, education, nonprofit programs, or data analysis is a plus but not required

    Important Notes

    • This role sits under the Operations Team to maintain neutrality between departments
    • This role does not supervise staff or volunteers
    • Flexible schedule with occasional deadlines tied to grant reporting and program completion
