Description
Senior Companions connect with older adults, experiencing the negative effects of isolation and loneliness and who may be at risk of losing their independence, by building meaningful relationships that provide simple friendship and socialization. A friendly visit(s) for an hour or two a week connecting with a lonely senior is a rewarding investment of your time; it will make a difference in your own life while making a difference in someone else's.
Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older.
