    Description

Point Defiance Park Work Party at the Corner near Pearl Street Roundabout, March 21, 9am-noon!

Neighbors, friends, and community members are invited to meet on the corner near the Pearl Street entrance for a cleanup of the Triangle between Ruston and Point Defiance Park on Saturday, March 21, 9am – noon.

In coordination with Parks Tacoma, Ginger K. and Jenn J. will lead an effort to clean out weeds and tidy along the sidewalk.

While this small area is part of Point Defiance Park, it serves as a transition area between two cities.

With volunteer effort, this area is becoming a beautiful rock garden, and we need your help!

Come one, come all to have fun and care for this important space!

All ages and abilities are welcome. Tools and work gloves provided. A great way to earn community service hours for school!
