2–4 flexible hours per week for an initial 3-month term. Work is remote and scheduled around school. Interns must communicate consistently, attend occasional virtual meetings, and complete weekly deliverables.

Description
Support student outreach, welcome new members and pitch entrants, help organize community operations, share opportunities, assist with partnerships, and recruit ambitious students internationally. Community interns may also support the Children’s Business Fair of Massachusetts.
- Commitment: 2–3 hours per week
- Goal: Help ensure every new entrant receives a thoughtful human response within 48 hours
- Helpful skills: Communication, organization, kindness, and consistent follow-through
- Reports to: Program Operations
