    What you'll do :

    • Lead DIVA's digital presence across platforms
    • Manage the Communication Team : assign posts and content tasks to team members
    • Give clear, constructive feedback on posts and captions
    • Plan and organise content (post,reels,stories)
    • Collaborate with Podcast, Editorial, and Events teams on content
    • Help shape DIVA's visual style and online voice
    • Track what content performs well and adjust strategy
