Commitment Details:
Volunteers will complete the work on site in Tacoma. We have plenty of basic cleaning supplies and yard work tools, as well as a couple power tools, but you are more than welcome to bring your own equipement if you have it. Snacks provided.

Description
Do you enjoy fixing things around the house, working outside, or just want to help young adults in the community? We are looking for volunteers to help with some housework at Harbor Hope Center's new transitional shelter in the downtown Tacoma area before our ribbon cutting in September. Help us break the cycle of homelessness among Washington's youth by volunteering.
We have three work parties coming up:
- Wednesday, August 5th 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Hanging blinds, place bedding and bed frames in bedrooms
- Saturday, August 8th 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
- rehang closet doors, prepare bathrooms, general cleaning
- Saturday, August 15th 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
- General yard work
