Florida Youth At Risk is a youth-centered nonprofit that empowers underserved youth through music, creative programs, community events, and leadership opportunities. We are building a brand that reflects the energy, talent, and vision of the youth we serve
We’re looking for a Brand Strategy Volunteer to help us shape and grow it.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the team to develop a clear brand strategy and identity for FYAR.
- Help define or refine brand elements like voice, tone, visual direction, and messaging pillars
- Support in creating brand guidelines for social media, website, and print materials
- Audit current platforms (Instagram, website, flyers) and provide recommendations for consistency
- Assist with campaign themes, storytelling strategies, and content direction
- Advise on how FYAR can position itself to attract donors, volunteers, and youth engagement
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
- Background or strong interest in marketing, communications, branding, or nonprofit development
- Experience with brand strategy or visual storytelling (personal projects, school, or client work)
- Strong writing and conceptual skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or brand-building tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, creative, and aligned with FYAR’s mission and values
