    All volunteers must sign and return our waiver ahead of Walk day. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete the form. Volunteers under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

    Description

    PFF Walk - Chicago

    The PFF Walk unites the pulmonary fibrosis (PF) and interstitial lung disease (ILD) community in raising funds and awareness for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Join us as we walk together toward a cure!

    Held at Montrose Harbor on Saturday, September 19, 2026, the PFF Walk - Chicago offers two course options (one or two miles) beside the beautiful park space along Lake Michigan. After the walk, we invite participants to stay for a celebration with family-friendly activities and light refreshments.

    Provide support for the PFF Walk by volunteering! Sign up to volunteer using our SignUpGenius form or contact us at PFFWalk@pulmonaryfibrosis.org to learn more about our day-of volunteer opportunities which include:

    • Setup and cleanup
    • Greeters and registration tent support
    • Food/beverage tent team
    • Route support and cheer squad

    Directions

    Street parking can be found along Montrose Avenue and Simonds Drive. Paid parking is also available in the Montrose Harbor parking lot across from the walk-site and in the lot by the Wilson Skate Park. A drop-off zone will be available in front of the walk-site.
