    Description

Pancake Breakfast - Frank C. Godfrey American Legion Post 12

🌟 Join Our Team: Help Us Create a Morning of Connection!

We believe that a shared meal is more than just food—it’s where community is built. We are looking for passionate, high-energy volunteers to help us bring this event to life and create a welcoming space for everyone.

    The Roles

    • Storyteller & Outreach (Publicity Chair): We need a creative spark to share our vision with the world! You’ll be the voice of the event, using social media and local outreach to invite our neighbors and ensure no one misses out on the connection.
    • Timeline: Starting immediately.
    • Atmosphere Architect (Set-up): Help us transform a room into a home. By arriving at 8 am, you’ll be the first to welcome the day—brewing fresh coffee, arranging tables with care, and setting the stage for a warm, inviting morning.
    • Culinary Creator (Cook): If you find joy in nourishing others, this is for you. We aren't just serving breakfast; we’re serving "the best pancakes ever." Help us craft a soulful meal of golden pancakes, crispy bacon, and perfectly scrambled eggs.
    • Guardian of the Space (Cleanup): The beauty of a community event is leaving the space even better than we found it. Help us wrap up the morning with a spirit of gratitude by restoring the room and ensuring everything is tucked away for next time.

    Why Volunteer?

You’ll be doing more than "filling a slot"—you’ll be the heartbeat of an event that brings people together. Whether you’re flipping a pancake or posting a flyer, you’re helping us build a stronger, more connected community.
