Peer Support Group Chat Moderators

Our Peer Support Group Chat Moderators help create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment during virtual support groups. Volunteers monitor the chat for questions and comments, share helpful resources or links when appropriate, and assist facilitators by ensuring community guidelines are followed. This role helps participants feel heard, supported, and connected throughout the session.

Currently, UAI is looking for a dedicated Chat Moderator.

Unveiling Autistic Identity (UAI) is a peer group for adults discovering their Autistic identity later in life. Whether through a professional diagnosis or self-identification, this group provides a supportive space to explore your identity, connect with others, and share experiences.

Online Meetings:

Third Thursday of each month

6:30 PM – 8:00 PM Central Time

You will be provided training and Chat Moderator Guide with tool help you succeed.
