    Description

    BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop engaging Biblical courses and educational materials.
    • Research and organize content that aligns with BluShues' mission.
    • Work closely with ministry leaders and subject matter experts.
    • Review and update existing training resources.
    • Ensure course materials are accurate, relevant, and easy to understand.
    • Assist in creating learning activities, assessments, and study guides.
    • Support the continuous improvement of educational resources.
    • Collaborate with the media and communications teams where necessary.
    • Maintain organized records of course materials and revisions.
    • Ensure all content reflects sound Biblical teaching.

    Person Specification:

    • Passionate about Christian education and discipleship.
    • Excellent writing and research skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Creative and organized.
    • Able to explain Biblical concepts clearly.
    • Works well independently and within a team.
    • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
    • Demonstrates integrity and commitment to ministry.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Education, Theology, Ministry, English, or a related field preferred but not required.
    • Experience developing educational materials is preferred.
    • Strong writing and editing skills.
    • Good research abilities.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
    • Knowledge of instructional design is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Commitment to lifelong learning.
