Description
Position Purpose:
Help maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment through basic painting, upkeep, and light maintenance tasks.
Primary Duties:
- Assist with small painting and touch-up projects
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Hang pictures, signs, and other approved wall items
- Assist with arranging and organizing furniture
- Water outdoor plants and flower pots
- Help with basic upkeep and maintenance projects as needed
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to staff
- Perform other light maintenance tasks as requested
Qualifications:
Dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable using basic tools and supplies, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous maintenance or painting experience is helpful but not required.
