    Description

    Amazon & WooCommerce Online Product Sales Specialist

    Outreach Uganda is seeking a volunteer with experience in Amazon and/or WooCommerce e-commerce sales to help improve the online performance of our handcrafted Ugandan products. Your expertise will directly support programs that empower women and educate children in rural Uganda.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and improve existing Amazon and WooCommerce product listings
    • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms
    • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend SEO
    • Improve product photography by recommending or creating higher-resolution images
    • Add or source lifestyle photos that better showcase products in use
    • Enhance product listings to increase visibility, click-through rates, and conversions
    • Use AI tools to assist with keyword research, content optimization, and listing improvements
    • Analyze competitor listings and recommend best practices
