    Description

    Volunteer with seniors!

    Hart Felt Ministries is a faith based non-profit organization that provides independent living services to seniors that allow individuals to remain independent and maintain self-sufficiency. Our Volunteers provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes.

    These services include:

    Companionship

    Social engagement/conversation

    Telephone Reassurance

    In-Home Assistance

    Light housekeeping/Chores/Laundry

    Home organization

    Meal preparation

    Advocacy

    Errands/Escorted Transportation

    Door to door transportation to medical appointments, grocery store, etc.

    Respite Care

    Services provided by volunteers improve the client’s quality of life, increase their physical and emotional wellbeing, reduce social isolation, improve access to health and human services and provide a much needed break for family caregivers.

    Special Requirements: Individuals must have a clean driving record, clean background, and current car insurance.

    Availability:Flexible schedule. You can pick and choose assingments based on your availability.
