    An adult living at an Adult Family Home is seeking an in‑person companion volunteer to provide social connection and light engagement. The participant is blind with very low vision and benefits from verbal engagement and companionship.

    Interests & Activities

      • Listening to Christian music on the TV
      • Socializing and conversation
      • Light exercise and movement, as appropriate

    What the Volunteer Will Do

      • Provide friendly companionship and conversation
      • Engage around shared interests such as music
      • Offer encouragement and social interaction in a calm, respectful manner

    Important Notes

      • The home environment has been confirmed as safe for in‑person visits
      • Visits will be coordinated through the Adult Family Home
      • The volunteers will be introduced and supported as needed by the care team
