Marketing Officer

TutorX is dedicated to providing free, online tutoring for students, by students. All members of our organization are students.

We are looking for 2 to 3 Marketing Officers who can advance TutorX’s mission of free, online tutoring for students, by students. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for posting content on our social media platforms. The Marketing Officer role is a volunteer-only position, and you will not be paid. However, you will gain valuable leadership skills and experiences. The written application is due by August 20 at 11:59 PM EDT. Please read through this entire document before applying.

Below are some basic requirements that you must fulfill in order to be considered for this position.

Requirements:

• You must be a current student who is in high school or higher education (14 years or older).
• Fluency in English.
• You must be responsible, organized, adaptable, and ready to learn.
• You must be passionate about TutorX’s mission.
• You should be able to commit to this role for at least 6 months, and you should be available for at least 2 hours per week to contribute to TutorX.

Role Details

Responsibilities:

• Post 1-2 times a week on our Instagram page.
• Manage our Facebook and Tiktok accounts.
• Brainstorm ways to improve our outreach and implement them.
