Philadelphia Sister Circle Coordinator

You will help bring the mission of Mommy Haven into real community spaces by supporting the growth of our Sister Circle gatherings in Philadelphia.

Mommy Haven is a startup nonprofit supporting mothers rebuilding stability, confidence, and family connections. As we begin expanding our community, we are creating a weekly Sister Circle where women can gather, connect, and build supportive relationships.

We are looking for a compassionate and organized volunteer in the Philadelphia area who enjoys building community and helping meaningful conversations happen. This is a great opportunity to gain nonprofit leadership and community engagement experience while helping create a welcoming space for women.

This is a collaborative role where your ideas and leadership will help shape the Sister Circle as it grows.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate and host weekly Sister Circle gatherings in Philadelphia
• Support a welcoming, respectful, and positive group environment
• Assist with scheduling and organizing meeting locations or virtual sessions
• Help welcome new participants and build community connections
• Communicate updates or reminders to group members
• Share feedback and ideas with the founder to help improve the program
• Help grow the Sister Circle by inviting and engaging local participants
