    Commitment Details:
    Mentors commit to their youth for a minimum of 1 year with the intention to see them through high school graduation and into adulthood. Mentors spend time with their youth 3X/mo and are required to attend a 2-hr monthly programing w/ their youth.

    Must be 23 or older, have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, have or obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass a background search. This volunteer opportunity is highly rewarding but requires a high level of commitment.

    Make an Impact: Become a Mentor!

    Are you ready to connect to your community? To make a 1:1 impact on the life of a young person? To embark on your own transformative journey?

    If so, one-one mentoring with Level Up at New Pathways for Youth might be for you. Our program reaches beyond the social and recreational aspects of mentoring. The youth we serve experience poverty and three times the adversity of their peers. Together, Level Up mentors and staff transform the lives of youth by providing the support, stability, and skills they need to flourish.

    Our goal is to help local teens break the cycle of poverty and adversity and we can't do it without volunteer mentors. If you are a compassionate and dedicated adult with the availability and willingness to make a difference in a young person's life, we invite you to attend one of our weekly Mentor Introduction sessions on Zoom. During these sessions, you will learn about our program, the youth we serve, and all the necessary information about becoming a mentor with Level Up. Together, let's create positive change in our community.
