    Description

    Organization: CrowdDoing

    Location: Remote (Global)

    Role Overview

CrowdDoing is seeking a high-caliber Product Designer to bridge the gap between high-level marketing strategy and functional, high-impact offerings. This role is unique—it requires the visual and functional precision of a designer paired with the strategic mindset of an MBA. You will be responsible for converting complex programs into tangible digital products (Web, App, AI), services, and community-centric experiences that address global environmental and social challenges.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Product Evolution

    • From Strategy to Offering: Translate marketing strategies and organizational programs into scalable digital products, services, and user experiences.
    • Roadmap & Portfolio Management: Define the long-term product vision; manage the product lifecycle from initial research reports to community-ready offerings.
    • Feature Creation: Conceptualize and document high-value features that align with stakeholder needs and social impact goals.

    Agile Execution & Design

    • Sprint Collaboration: Act as a core member of Agile sprint teams, providing the design bridge between engineering and marketing.
    • Prototyping & Visualization: Utilize Figma and Miro to create high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and service blueprints.
    • Process Management: Use Jira to track progress, manage backlogs, and ensure design specifications are met during development.

    Cross-Functional & Global Leadership

    • Stakeholder Synergy: Collaborate across functions (Science, Technology, and Policy) to create integrated research reports and community-driven products.
    • Global Coordination: Navigate and design for diverse international markets, ensuring products are culturally relevant and accessible.

    Qualifications

    • Educational Background: MBA preferred or a formal background in Business and Design. This role requires an understanding of market viability alongside user desirability.
    • Technical & Design Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Figma, Miro, and Jira. Technical experience or a background in engineering/technology is a significant advantage.
    • Domain Expertise: A strong interest in or understanding of Environmental Science and sustainability.
    • Agile Mastery: Proven experience working within Agile frameworks and contributing to rapid sprint cycles.
    • Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex product narratives in a simple, crisp, and compelling manner to global audiences.
