    Role Overview

    We are seeking a strategic Director of People Systems and Insights to lead the evolution of our people technology ecosystem and workforce analytics capabilities. This role will oversee HR systems, reporting, workforce planning insights, and data governance practices that enable informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a passion for improving employee experiences through scalable systems and actionable insights.

    As we are a growing non-profit, this role requires a person to be creative and create something out of very little. We will be creative, scrappy, and build for scale over time.     Core Responsibilities

    • Lead the strategy and administration of HR technology platforms.
    • Develop workforce analytics and people insights reporting.
    • Drive data quality, governance, and compliance initiatives.
    • Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning.
    • Create executive dashboards and performance metrics.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
    • Manage system implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
    • Establish standards for data integrity and reporting excellence.

    Key Qualifications

    • Strong analytical and data visualization capabilities.
    • Knowledge of HR technology ecosystems and integrations.
    • Experience translating data into actionable business insights.
    • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
