Position Overview
TSW Network is seeking a Partnerships & Sponsorship Coordinator to support the development and management of sponsor relationships and funding opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, outreach, and strategic communication and wants hands-on experience in nonprofit development, partnerships, and sponsorship growth.
You will play a key role in helping TSW expand its impact by connecting with aligned organizations, brands, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sponsorship & Partnership Development
- Identify and research aligned companies, brands, and organizations for sponsorship opportunities
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Support the development of sponsorship pipelines and tracking systems
- Assist in securing sponsors for TSW programs, including leadership cohorts and events
🔹 Relationship Management
- Help maintain communication with current and prospective sponsors
- Support follow-ups, thank-you communications, and relationship touchpoints
- Assist in nurturing long-term partnership relationships (not one-time transactions)
🔹 Proposal & Communication Support
- Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals, outreach emails, and partnership materials
- Customize messaging based on sponsor alignment and interest
- Track outreach and responses to ensure consistency and follow-through
🔹 Event & Program Support (as needed)
- Support sponsor visibility and coordination during TSW events or virtual cohorts
- Assist with ensuring sponsor benefits are fulfilled
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who can take initiative and follow through
- Interest in nonprofit work, partnerships, or business development
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools is a plus
