Description
Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming food donations and deliveries
- Check for quality, expiration dates, and food safety compliance
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) method
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas (dry, refrigerated, and frozen)
- Track inventory and report discrepancies or low stock levels
- Warehouse & Facility Maintenance
- Keep pantry, storage areas, and distribution spaces clean and orderly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and shelving units (if trained)
- Dispose of damaged or expired items according to policy
