Pantry Admin Volunteer

South County Outreach's Food Program provides families with the nourishing ingredients and staples — like milk, butter, eggs, protein, and fresh produce — needed to make full meals, lunches, and snacks. When clients visit our Food Market, they control the cart and what goes in it, just like in our local grocery store.

Responsibilities: We are looking for welcoming volunteers to help check in clients, assist making appointments, data entry, etc. The position includes directly assisting clients, answer incoming phone calls, input data entry, provide resources, etc.

Time Commitment: We are looking for weekly, ongoing volunteers that can commit to one recurring shift each week (3 - 4 hours). Most needed shifts are Monday AM/PM and Wednesday AM/PM.

Shifts are Monday through Thursday 8:30am - 12pm and 12pm - 3:30pm.

Requirements: Training will be provided but basic computer skills are required. Must pass background check. Data entry or admin experience is a plus.
