    Description

    Blood Drive Volunteers Needed - Antioch Area

    Help us brighten lives for area patients by providing a positive, rewarding experience for donors at Vitalant’s one-day Mobile Blood Drives.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Welcome and check-in donors
    • Explain the donation process and answer any non-medical/eligibility questions
    • Manage donor flow when needed
    • Provide courteous communication and assistance to donors and staff
    • Assist with set up and help maintain cleanliness in Reception and Refreshment areas
    • Provide donors with refreshments
    • Report any possible adverse post-donation reactions to staff
