    Bridge Builder Network Coordinator (Volunteer Leadership Role)

    Role Overview

    The Bridge Builder Network Coordinator is a volunteer leadership role within South Project’s Bridge Builder Network. In this role, you will help grow, organize, and support the Bridge Builder community by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, communication, and record-keeping.

    This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of young mothers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Support recruitment of new Bridge Builders
    • Assist with onboarding and ensure membership information is collected
    • Help distribute welcome kits and Bridge Builder resources

    Database Management

    • Maintain and update the member database
    • Track memberships, engagement, and participation
    • Ensure contact information and records remain accurate

    Communication & Engagement

    • Assist with welcome messages and monthly updates
    • Share event and service opportunities with Bridge Builders
    • Help foster connection and consistency within the Bridge Builder community

    Time Commitment

    2–4 hours per month
