    Organization Description

    LoopRoots Foundation is a nonprofit organization supporting individuals and families impacted by incarceration. Our work focuses on reentry support, access to essential resources, education, and long-term stability. We are building digital programs to expand access to education and services for the communities we serve.

    Position Summary

    LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a Volunteer Digital Course Creator to assist with developing online educational courses that support our nonprofit programs. This volunteer role will help transform program ideas and lived-experience knowledge into structured digital learning content that can be delivered online.

    This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit work, education, instructional design, or digital learning who wants to contribute their skills to a meaningful cause.

    Volunteer Responsibilities

    • Assist in outlining and organizing digital course content

    • Help design course modules, lessons, and learning materials

    • Support creation of written content, slides, and simple worksheets

    • Provide input on digital course platforms and delivery tools

    • Ensure content is accessible, clear, and community-centered

    • Collaborate with leadership to refine and improve course materials

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    • Interest or experience in digital education, training, or content creation

    • Strong writing and organizational skills

    • Familiarity with online learning platforms is helpful but not required

    • Passion for social impact, reentry services, or community support

    Time Commitment

    Flexible, approximately 20-25 hours per week
