    To support the organization development by helping in strengthening financial and administrative systems.

    To identify and negotiate with potential donors, to write project proposal and participate in project management.

    To participate in disaster management training and advocacy activities.

    To participate in day-to-day activities of the organization including meeting, seminars, workshops etc.
